As soon as the payment is booked, our system creates the server automatically in the panel. If you pay with credit or PayPal, setup starts right after the order – depending on the game it takes a few minutes because the game files are downloaded first. With a bank transfer it starts as soon as the amount has arrived. You will then find the panel access details in your client area under your services.

Yes. The client area has ready-made installers: get plugins directly from the SpigotMC directory and modpacks from Modrinth and CurseForge. Both install in one click, no detour via upload needed. If you bring your own files, upload them via the file manager in the panel or via SFTP.

Yes, via the version switcher in the client area. For Minecraft you can choose Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge among others, each with all available versions. After switching, a restart is all it takes, and your worlds and configurations are kept. We still recommend a backup before bigger version jumps.

No, you don't need to change anything on your router. Your server runs in our data centre and is reachable from the internet right away. Every product comes with the ports the game needs, for example additional query and RCON ports for DayZ, Arma 3 or Rust. If you need another port beyond that, a short ticket is all it takes.

One backup slot is included with every game server; when ordering or later you can expand to up to three. You create and restore backups yourself at any time, no support needed. You can also download a backup and keep it locally. Important: a backup slot does not replace your own copy of important worlds.

There is no minimum term. All game servers are prepaid and billed monthly. You can cancel yourself at any time in the client area under your services, either immediately or at the end of the paid period. No further payment is due once the cancellation has been registered.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time in your client area, for example from 2 GB to 4 GB RAM or to a larger SSD. Your server stays in place, and your worlds, plugins and settings don't have to be moved. The price difference is charged pro rata for the remaining term.

Via our payment provider Stripe (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link, Amazon Pay, MB WAY, Satispay, eps, Bancontact, BLIK), PayPal, account credit or bank transfer. With card, PayPal or credit, setup starts immediately; with direct debit and bank transfer, as soon as the payment is confirmed or received. You can top up credit the same ways. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT; the stated price is the final price.
