Frequently asked questions about the Colony Survival server
How quickly is my Colony Survival server ready?
Usually a few minutes after payment – depending on the game, since the game files are downloaded first. You will then find the address in the client area.
How much memory do I need?
The entry tier is 2 GB. For more players or mods choose more – up to 13 GB. You can switch at any time, and the portal tells you from the real usage whether your server needs more or less.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay one month in advance and can cancel at any time for the end of the term. There is a discount for 3 or 12 month terms.
Where are the servers located?
In Germany – with DDoS protection and short routes to your players.
Can I pay together with friends?
Yes. With the group fund, your players pay into your server's fund via a link; invoices are paid from it first.
