Here's how to connect to your Day of Dragons server and adjust the most important settings.
Connecting
- Open the server page in the client area and click Start.
- Wait until the status shows “running”. You can follow the progress in the Console tab.
- Launch Day of Dragons and find the server in the server list by its name.
Important settings
In the Startup variables tab:
- Query port (
QUERY_PORT) – for the Steam server list.
Changes in the Startup variables tab take effect on the next restart.
Good to know
- We assign the ports automatically – you don’t need to set anything.
- Further game settings are in the configuration files in the Files tab (available after the first start).
