Here's how to connect to your Echoes of Elysium server and adjust the most important settings.
Connecting
- Open the server page in the client area and click Start.
- Wait until the status shows “running”. You can follow the progress in the Console tab.
- Launch Echoes of Elysium and find the server in the server list by its name.
Important settings
In the Startup variables tab:
- Server name (
SERVER_NAME) – name in the server list. - Server password (
SERVER_PASSWORD) – empty = open. Please use at least one letter (digits-only passwords are not reliably applied).
Changes in the Startup variables tab take effect on the next restart.
Good to know
- The server uses two ports (game port and game port + 1). We assign the ports automatically – you don’t need to set anything.
- The world is saved and backed up regularly.
