Here's how to connect to your Nova-Life: Amboise server and adjust the most important settings.
Connecting
- Open the server page in the client area and click Start.
- Wait until the status shows “running”. You can follow the progress in the Console tab.
- Launch Nova-Life: Amboise.
- Find your server in the server list by the name set in Server list name (
SERVER_LIST_NAME).
Important settings
In the Startup variables tab:
- Server list name (
SERVER_LIST_NAME) – how the server appears in the list. - Max. players (
SERVER_SLOTS) – maximum number of players. - Server name (
SERVER_NAME) – internal world name – must match a world created in the game.
Changes in the Startup variables tab take effect on the next restart.
Good to know
- Nova-Life needs a lot of memory – at least 6 GB are therefore included.
