The website and client area are available in German and English.
How to switch
- On the website: click the language button (“EN” or “DE”) at the top of the page.
- In the client area: open the account menu at the top right and choose English or Deutsch.
Your choice is saved in your account and applies next time you log in too. If you switch before logging in, we keep that language when you log in.
If you've never chosen, we go by your browser: English only if your browser prefers English and has no German set – otherwise German.
What the language affects
- Emails arrive in your account's language.
- Invoices (PDF) are always in German.
- Legal texts (imprint, privacy policy, terms) are only available in German – the German version is binding.
- Help articles are available in both languages.
- Messages your server sends in the game (e.g. the restart warning) are in German.
