In the client area under Email history you'll find all messages we've sent you. Handy if an email ended up in your spam folder or was deleted by accident.
Which emails we send
- Account: welcome, email address confirmation, password reset.
- Invoices: new invoice (about a week before it's due), payment confirmation, payment reminder.
- Servers: set up, suspended, deleted, cancellation confirmation, game switch completed, trial server expired.
- Server notices: crash alerts, mod updates for Workshop mods, outages and their resolution, server moves with choice of time, reminder and new address.
- Monthly report: a short overview of your servers at the start of each month.
- Support: confirmation of receipt and replies to your tickets.
- Other: a friend sharing a server with you, gift cards, acceptance into the creator program, the one-time message about a wished-for game and – once, some time after your last server has ended – a personal welcome-back offer.
What you can unsubscribe from
- Monthly report: via Unsubscribe here at the bottom of the report.
- Crash and mod update emails: per server under Manage → Crash alerts.
You'll always receive emails about invoices, contracts and your security. The language of the emails follows your account – see Switch language.
