Under My details in the client area you change your name, address and email address. The address appears on your invoices.
New email address
- My details → change the Email field and save.
- The new address applies immediately – including for logging in.
- We send a confirmation link to the new address. Please click it so that invoices and ticket replies reach you reliably.
If no email arrives, check your spam folder and the spelling of the address.
Good to know
- Invoices that have already been issued keep the old address.
- Change your password under Change password.
- If you were invited to a server, the invitation applies to the email address it was sent to.
