When ordering, choose under Billing period in the configurator how far in advance you pay:
- 1 month – monthly invoice
- 3 months – with a discount
- 12 months – with the biggest discount
Currently the discount is 5 % for 3 months and 15 % for 12 months. The current discount is shown right on the button (e.g. “−15 %”), and the summary shows the price for the whole period including the monthly amount.
Good to know
- There is no minimum term and no setup fee. You pay in advance and can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
- The invoice for the next period arrives about a week before it ends – see When does my invoice arrive?
- Upgrades during the period are charged pro rata for the remaining days.
- You can't change the billing period of an existing server yourself. Send us a ticket – we'll switch it for the next renewal.
