With credit, you no longer have to worry about renewals.
Topping up
- In the client area → Credit → Top up amount (or click Top up next to the credit in the sidebar).
- Choose or enter an amount. The minimum and maximum per top-up are shown on the page (currently €5 to €500).
- Choose how to pay: Pay now by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (securely via Stripe, the credit is available immediately) or Invoice for bank transfer.
As soon as the money arrives, it is credited to your account.
Paying automatically
Invoices are paid automatically from your credit on the due date – provided it covers the full amount. There's nothing to switch on. On the overview in the client area, “Upcoming payments” shows whether your credit is sufficient or how much is missing.
You can also settle an open invoice yourself at any time with Pay with credit.
If your credit isn't enough, the rest can be charged to your card automatically – see Automatic payment for game servers and VPS.
