All invoices – for servers, domains and credit top-ups – are in your client area. We also notify you of every new invoice by email.
Download an invoice as PDF
- In the client area, click Invoices.
- Click the invoice you need.
- Click PDF at the top or As PDF at the bottom.
You can save or print the PDF or pass it on to your accounting.
Credit notes
If we refunded something, the original invoice also shows a Credit notes section – each credit note is available as a PDF too. More: Money back? Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Name, company or address on the invoice
Invoices show the name or company and the address from your account. You can change them under My details – see Change email address or postal address.
Invoices that have already been issued keep the old address. If an existing invoice needs to be corrected, open a ticket with the invoice number.
