At checkout, under How you'll pay, you'll see exactly the payment methods that are currently available for your order:
- Credit – shown if your credit covers the whole order. The order is paid immediately and the server is set up right away. Renewals are paid automatically from your credit on the due date – with no fee.
- PayPal – if offered at checkout. You confirm the payment with PayPal (where you can also pay by direct debit or credit card), and the server is set up immediately. PayPal comes with a small fee; it is shown next to the button beforehand and as a separate line on the invoice.
- Bank transfer – you receive an invoice by email. As soon as the money has arrived and been booked, things continue. What to watch out for: Paying by bank transfer.
Paying open invoices
Every open invoice (client area → Invoices) shows the available options, e.g. Pay with credit if your credit is sufficient.
Topping up credit
In the client area under Credit → Top up amount – via PayPal (if offered) or with an invoice for bank transfer. More: Top up credit and pay automatically.
Fellow players can chip in via the clan fund.
