There is no minimum term and no notice period. You only pay for the period you've started.
How to cancel
- Server page → Manage card → Cancel.
- Under When should the server end? choose At the end of the paid term (with date) or Immediately.
- Optional: under What's the main reason? choose a reason (e.g. “Too expensive”, “We're not playing right now”, “Technical problems / lag”, “A feature I need is missing”) and add a message. This is voluntary but helps us a lot.
- Click Submit cancellation and confirm.
You'll get a confirmation by email. Open renewal invoices for this server are cancelled.
What happens to your data
- At the end of the period: the server keeps running until the end of the paid period and is then deleted with all data.
- Immediately: the server is deleted right away. There is no refund for the remaining time.
If you want to keep your world or settings, download a backup under Backups beforehand or save the files via SFTP.
